Philanthropy

Access to justice is a vital human right, though widely abused.

The ugly truth is that even best legal achievements of mankind won’t work without legal fees.

The Article 8 The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1948) states that “Everyone has the right to an effective remedy by the competent national tribunals for acts violating the fundamental rights granted him by the constitution or by law.”

We are witnessing how governments abuse powes by setting up taxes for citizens not to have your 15 minutes in court and excessive demands for your representatives to be costly lawyers in all matters against the state. That is a striking example how financial barriers are used to deprive underfunded wannabe litigants of what is said about their rights as humans in the Universal Declaration.

Pro bono representations around the world is still in its early stages and is not available to the public.

The Fund is commited to provide public remedies versus this type of abuse, not to make people’s life better but for them to feel comfort they are entitled to from birth.

We don’t accept unsolicited calls. To discuss your matter please leave a message.
